GTM Manager - Semiconductor

Our client is a large semiconductor client who is looking for aGTM Manager to support growth initiatives across multiple markets. This role will focus on market analysis, pricing strategy, business planning, product positioning, and cross-functional program execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with the ability to drive initiatives across commercial, operations, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Strategic Planning

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Develop market assessments, demand forecasts, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor economic, regulatory, and competitive developments impacting business performance.
  • Support portfolio planning and identify new market opportunities for future growth.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.

Product & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Coordinate product launch and commercialization activities across regional teams.
  • Develop value propositions, sales enablement materials, and competitive positioning tools.
  • Support business performance reviews through data analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to improve execution efficiency and accelerate growth initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance against key objectives and identify improvement opportunities.

Commercial & Pricing Strategy

  • Support development and execution of pricing strategies across multiple regions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to establish pricing guidelines, discount frameworks, and profitability targets.
  • Conduct pricing and margin analysis to improve commercial performance.
  • Track competitor activity and market dynamics to ensure effective market positioning.
  • Provide analytical support for key customer and business negotiations.

Business Operations & Supply Planning

  • Work closely with operations and supply teams to support sourcing and production strategies.
  • Evaluate commercial impacts related to cost, lead time, customer requirements, and market demand.
  • Assist in developing risk mitigation and supply continuity strategies.
  • Support business decisions related to regional market requirements and operational capabilities.

Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Coordinate initiatives across Commercial, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering teams.
  • Facilitate project reviews, action tracking, and execution planning.
  • Prepare management presentations and recommendations for key business decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of strategic projects and business priorities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business specializing in marketing or B2B sales/marketing experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in GTM, strategy, product marketing, business planning
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in pricing, forecasting, and market research
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfortable working with technical cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
