Houston VDC/BIM
I'm currently partnering with a leading electrical contractor in Houston that is looking to add a VDC/BIM Coordinator to its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience supporting commercial electrical projects up to $5M and is looking to advance their career by working on projects valued at $50M+.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain electrical BIM models using Revit
* Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks
* Produce shop drawings, installation drawings, and prefabrication packages
* Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, and trade partners
* Participate in BIM coordination meetings throughout the project lifecycle
* Support large-scale commercial, healthcare, higher education, industrial, and mission-critical projects
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working for an electrical contractor
* Strong proficiency with Revit and Navisworks
* Commercial construction project experience
* Understanding of electrical systems and construction sequencing
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ambition to work on larger, more complex projects
