Civil Engineer I / Entry-Level Civil Engineer - Land Development
Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join a growing Land Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of site development plans, grading plans, utility layouts, erosion control plans, and construction documents
- Support the design of stormwater management systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and roadway improvements
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create and modify engineering plans and drawings
- Assist with calculations, reports, and permit application packages
- Review survey data and site information to support project design
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, surveyors, and other project stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical problem-solving efforts
- Support construction administration activities and respond to field-related requests as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering or land development
- EIT certification or ability to obtain preferred
- Exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D through coursework, internships, or professional experience
- Strong interest in land development and site design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
