A well-established, employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to lead land development initiatives. This role involves direct client engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects, including site grading, utilities, stormwater management, erosion control, and permitting.
- Coordinate with contractors, regulatory agencies, and municipalities to ensure project success.
- Prepare stormwater management plans and secure permits from relevant agencies (e.g., WDNR, ACOE).
- Represent clients at municipal and planning commission meetings.
- Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams on multi-disciplinary projects and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one U.S. state, with the ability to obtain additional licenses as needed.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and client engagement.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modelling tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
