A well-established and rapidly growing design-build general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the United States. What You'll Do
- Lead all field operations from project startup through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, manpower, and site logistics
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Partner closely with Project Managers throughout the life of the project
- Conduct daily site meetings and maintain project documentation
- Review field reports, purchase orders, invoices, and project progress updates
- Identify and resolve field challenges proactively
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Experience managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish
- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar construction software
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in an active construction environment
