A leading project and construction management consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data center projects across the United States.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing team working on some of the most complex and high-profile mission critical developments in the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate MEP construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of critical MEP systems.
- Drive project reporting, schedule adherence, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with owners, design teams, contractors, and commissioning teams.
- Support site walks, inspections, quality control processes, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
- Prior experience delivering data center, mission critical, or highly technical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience managing contractors and coordinating complex MEP installations in the field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
