A specialized geo-structural engineering firm with over 40 years of experience is seeking a Geotechnical Project Engineer to support earth retention and foundation design projects across the Western U.S. Known for its innovative solutions in slope stabilization, shoring, and specialty foundations, the firm serves clients ranging from homeowners to major developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform geotechnical investigations and site assessments.
- Develop design solutions for temporary shoring, retaining walls, and slope stabilization.
- Prepare engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and clients during design and construction phases.
- Support project management and ensure timely delivery of engineering services.
Requirements
- BS in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (MS preferred).
- EIT license
- Minimum 2 years of geotechnical or geo-structural experience.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and design tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
