A nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering consulting firm is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in healthcare facility design to join and co-lead our Atlanta office. This is a strategic role focused on technical leadership, project delivery, and mentorship, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization.
About the Role
-Lead mechanical design and delivery of complex healthcare projects
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the U.S.
-Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff
-Support the growth and leadership of the Atlanta office
-Work remotely with occasional project site visits (approx. 2/month)
-Optional in-office presence (up to 2 days/week)

Qualifications
-Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical Engineering
-Proven experience in healthcare MEP design and project leadership
-Based in Atlanta preferred (NC/SC considered with travel)
