Project Manager- Mechanical
A well-established mechanical contractor in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and mechanical construction projects throughout the region.

Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction projects from award through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and project execution
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Support and mentor project engineers and junior staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical construction
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and job cost control
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore is beneficial
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of projects
