Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the internal and external sales teams in Singapore to achieve corporate sales and profitability targets
Develop and implement strategic growth plans focused on solution-based selling and value creation for customers
Drive key account development, major project acquisition, and market share expansion within targeted segments
Enhance internal sales processes and CRM utilization to boost team productivity and efficiency
Recruit, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team to build a best-in-class salesforce
Foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to increase wallet share
Design and execute a robust business development strategy for water treatment sales
Collaborate with country leaders to co-lead the regional water treatment sales force and meet regional sales goals
Coordinate with global and regional teams to develop solution hubs and leverage prefabrication capabilities in the region
Key Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
8 years of proven leadership in managing internal and external sales teams with revenue responsibility exceeding $10 million
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving new business development
Experience in tendering and executing large M&E projects
Strong network and familiarity with microelectronics, water treatment, or manufacturing sectors
Strategic thinking and market insight
Strong business acumen and reporting capabilities
Cross-functional leadership and project management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
