Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through completion, working closely with field teams, clients, vendors, and design partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with clients, vendors, and field teams
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing, and cost tracking
- Support project startup, logistics planning, and safety initiatives
- Mentor field leadership and assist with team development
- Utilize Procore and other project management tools to manage documentation and project performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction processes
- Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Mechanical construction experience
- OSHA certification preferred
