Senior Electrical Superintendent | Central Texas
Location: Bastrop, Cedar Park, Temple, Manor & Taylor, TX
I'm currently partnering with one of the Top 10 ENR-ranked electrical subcontractors in North America to identify experienced Senior Electrical Superintendents who are ready to lead some of the largest and most complex projects in Texas.
This opportunity is ideal for established field leaders who have successfully managed large-scale electrical construction projects, led sizable field teams, and are looking to take the next step with an industry-leading contractor that has a strong backlog and long-term growth plans.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading all field operations on large-scale electrical projects
- Managing Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel
- Driving manpower planning, productivity, and project execution
- Maintaining project schedules and ensuring successful delivery
- Coordinating with owners, GCs, trade partners, and design teams
- Developing and mentoring the next generation of field leaders
- Driving safety, quality, and commissioning readiness
- Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of electrical construction experience
- 5+ years as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
- Experience on large healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, or data center projects
- Proven leadership of field teams exceeding 100+ electricians
- Strong understanding of scheduling, workforce planning, and construction sequencing
- Ability to lead projects ranging from $50M to $500M+
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
