Site Superintendent - EV Charging Infrastructure
Southeastern U.S. | Remote with Regional Travel
A leading company in the commercial EV charging and electrification space is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field execution across multiple active project sites. This role reports into senior project leadership and plays a critical part in delivering safe, high‑quality, on‑time installations for customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead on‑site installation, commissioning, and closeout of EV charging projects
- Supervise subcontractors and field crews while ensuring safety, quality, and AHJ compliance
- Manage site schedules, sequencing, and coordination across multiple projects
- Conduct daily site walks, safety reviews, and quality inspections
- Track progress, costs, and project documentation through completion
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and customer stakeholders to resolve field issues
What You Bring
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience with hands‑on field leadership
- Journeyman Electrician or higher (or equivalent experience)
- OSHA 30 certification
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and multi‑site construction schedules
- Comfort with regional travel and working in a fast‑paced, growing environment
- EV charging or electrification experience preferred (certifications a plus)
