Projects You'll Build
You'll have the opportunity to lead ground-up construction projects across a variety of sectors, including:

Project values range from multi-million-dollar developments to large-scale regional and national assignments.
What You'll Do
- Lead all field operations from groundbreaking through project closeout
- Manage subcontractors, manpower, schedules, logistics, and site coordination
- Drive project safety, quality, and production standards
- Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership teams
- Conduct daily site meetings and maintain project documentation
- Monitor schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and project progress
- Identify and resolve construction challenges before they impact the project
- Build strong relationships with clients, owners, inspectors, and trade partners
- Deliver projects on time, safely, and at the highest level of quality
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
- Proven experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects
- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar software platforms
- Passion for building great projects and leading high-performing teams
