Operations Senior Manager (Asset Management)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of multiple power generation or industrial assets.
- Coordinate across technical, finance, legal, and commercial teams.
- Lead the resolution of complex operational issues and drive effective decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison with asset owners, partners, and service providers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams to foster a high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing operations within power generation, energy, infrastructure, or large-scale industrial environments.
- Proven experience overseeing multiple assets rather than a single facility.
- Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations and competing priorities.
- Experience working collaboratively across technical, financial, and legal functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
