What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage construction administration activities across multiple projects.
- Serve as a key liaison between project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients during construction.
- Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and construction documentation.
- Track project issues, maintain records, and ensure timely communication among stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and assist with construction observation reports.
- Help ensure projects are executed in accordance with design intent, schedule, and quality standards.
- Support project closeout activities and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction administration, project coordination, architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Understanding of construction documents, building systems, and project delivery processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with industry software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Newforma, Revit, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
