Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects, Project Managers, and Superintendents
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Support staffing, resource planning, and operational performance
- Work closely with executive leadership on company growth initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Construction Leadership
- Strong background in site development, utilities, earthwork, or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and field operations
- Proven leadership and communication skills
