Senior Estimator
We're working with a growing contractor that's looking to add a Senior Estimator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the front-end of projects, working closely with leadership, and helping secure complex transit and electrical infrastructure work.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing detailed estimates, takeoffs, and quantity surveys
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Gathering pricing from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Developing bid packages, scope letters, RFIs, and proposals
- Working with operations teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
- Analyzing project risks and helping build competitive bids
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of estimating experience within transit, rail, electrical, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of estimating and bid development processes
- Experience reviewing drawings and performing takeoffs
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations and leadership teams
