About the Role

We are partnering with a leading Las Vegas architecture and interiors studio known for delivering immersive, experience-driven hospitality environments across major resorts, hotels, restaurants, and casino properties. This is an opportunity to design spaces where luxury, spectacle, and guest experience drive every detail - hallmarks of the Las Vegas hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

  • Contribute to concept generation for hospitality environments including resorts, hotel guest rooms, suites, spas, lounges, gaming floors, restaurants, and nightlife venues.
  • Create mood boards, palettes, sketches, spatial concepts, renderings, and story-driven presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with design leadership to shape thematic, branded, or experience-driven environments catered to Vegas-scale expectations.

Interior Architecture + Documentation

  • Develop interior architectural drawings in Revit including plans, RCPs, millwork details, finish plans, and interior elevations.
  • Produce design development and construction documentation specific to hospitality projects (e.g., BOH coordination, guest flow, specialized program needs).
  • Address lighting integration, acoustics, signage, and casino-specific details through interiors-focused coordination.

FF&E + Materials

  • Select, specify, and document furnishings, lighting, textiles, specialty materials, and custom pieces aligned with luxury hospitality and entertainment standards.
  • Prepare FF&E packages, sourcing boards, and procurement documentation.
  • Work with vendors and reps to identify materials that meet durability, code, and aesthetic needs characteristic of high-traffic resort and gaming environments.

Collaboration + Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, lighting designers, AV specialists, kitchen designers, casino operations teams, and brand partners.
  • Participate in client presentations and design work sessions.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to team culture and knowledge sharing.

Field + Implementation

  • Assist with site visits to ensure detailing and finish quality align with design intent.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, and mockups for custom hospitality elements.
  • Provide support during construction to resolve interior design-related issues and maintain the project vision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality, resort, or gaming environments.
  • Proficiency in Revit required; experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Strong understanding of interior architectural detailing, luxury finishes, and FF&E standards typical of large hospitality properties.
  • Knowledge of codes, accessibility, and operational considerations unique to hotels, spas, and casino environments.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Experience in Las Vegas or other major hospitality markets (Scottsdale, Miami, LA, Dubai, Macau) a plus.

Why Join This Team?

  • Work on high-visibility hospitality and casino environments that define the Las Vegas design market.
  • Join a firm known for creative storytelling, luxury interiors, and large-scale entertainment design.
