An established multidisciplinary Architecture and Engineering practice is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer or Lead Structural Engineer to join its growing Atlanta team. What You'll Do

• Lead structural design projects from concept development through construction completion.
• Design and review steel, concrete, masonry, and foundation systems.
• Coordinate directly with architects, contractors, owners, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare and oversee structural calculations, technical analysis, and construction documentation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers.
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, and construction-phase documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while helping drive successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• PE License required; SE preferred.
• 8+ years of structural building design experience.
• Experience leading commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or other complex building projects.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as RAM, RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
• Experience with Revit and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional engineering solutions.
