Mep Systems Integration Manager
Overview
Seeking a senior MEP leader to oversee the integration of mechanical, electrical, controls, and related systems across the full project lifecycle on mission-critical/data center projects. This role ensures systems are properly designed, coordinated, installed, commissioned, tested, and successfully handed over to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP systems integration from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and turnover.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders.
- Manage OFCI/CFCI equipment integration, technical reviews, quality assurance, and commissioning readiness.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while supporting schedule, budget, and quality goals.
- Resolve complex field challenges and ensure systems meet reliability, operational, and client acceptance standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in MEP coordination, construction management, commissioning, systems integration, or mission-critical project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning processes within data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
- Experience with equipment integration, quality management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
