  • Drive consistency across project delivery, governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery objectives.
  • Lead executive meetings, steering committee updates, and client presentations.
  • Support procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
  • Oversee commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction, development, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience leading projects valued at $100M+.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across the United States.

Preferred Experience

  • Data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Previous experience working for an owner's representative, developer, program management firm, EPC contractor, or major general contractor.
  • Experience supporting hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or mission-critical clients.
  • Familiarity with commissioning and operational readiness processes.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to lead some of the largest and most technically complex data center developments in North America.
