About the Opportunity
A leading provider of critical infrastructure and data center solutions, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-project programs within large-scale mission-critical data center environments. This role is responsible for driving program governance, construction execution, financial performance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment from project initiation through commissioning and handover.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple concurrent projects within a major construction program.
- Establish and maintain program governance, controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, forecasting, and margin performance.
- Drive cross-functional coordination between design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Lead program-level risk management, quality assurance, and safety initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, subcontractors, and delivery partners.
- Promote a strong HSE culture across all project sites.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure programs.
- Proven experience within mission-critical or data center construction environments.
- Strong background managing EPC, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- PMP certification preferred; PgMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with program controls, scheduling, and Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships and construction risk.
