About the Role
You'll be a key technical and leadership figure within a team delivering a range of exciting midârise and highârise building projects across New York. The work spans concrete and steel structures, with a focus on innovative, efficient, and buildable solutions. You'll collaborate closely with clients, architects, and internal teams while helping shape standards, processes, and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of structural engineering experience, with the majority spent working in New York
Active New York PE license - essential
Deep technical expertise in concrete and steel building design, ideally including midâ and highârise structures
Strong leadership and teamâmanagement experience, with a passion for developing others
Confidence in project delivery - from concept through construction
Ability to collaborate closely with architects and clients while maintaining high technical standards
