What You'll Bring
10+ years of structural engineering experience, with the majority spent working in New York
Active New York PE license - essential
Deep technical expertise in concrete and steel building design, ideally including mid‑ and high‑rise structures
Strong leadership and team‑management experience, with a passion for developing others
Confidence in project delivery - from concept through construction
Ability to collaborate closely with architects and clients while maintaining high technical standards
