Are you an experienced Senior Superintendent looking to take ownership of large scale electrical construction projects while mentoring the next generation of field leaders?
We're partnering with a well established electrical contractor seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for leading field operations, driving project execution, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing all site related electrical construction activities from startup through completion
* Leading Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams across multiple projects
* Developing and maintaining project schedules in coordination with project management teams
* Monitoring labor productivity, workforce planning, and project performance
* Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
* Conducting project meetings and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders
* Identifying project risks and proactively implementing solutions
* Supporting project financial goals through effective field execution
* Mentoring and developing field leadership teams
We're looking for professionals with:
* 10+ years of electrical construction experience
* Extensive experience leading large commercial and industrial projects
* Strong background working for an electrical subcontractor
* Experience on projects such as healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, higher education campuses, distribution centers, mission critical facilities, and data centers
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
* Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
