Role Overview

Our client is a well-established international construction and engineering organisation with a growing presence in Singapore. They are seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to lead and oversee building services works for major healthcare and life sciences projects. This role will provide technical leadership across MEP and building services disciplines, ensuring successful project delivery from design coordination through to construction and commissioning while leveraging best practices from large-scale hospital developments.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of building services works for healthcare and life sciences projects.
Oversee MEP design review, technical compliance and project execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Drive design coordination and resolve complex technical issues across multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety and commissioning activities.
Ensure building services installations meet client requirements, regulatory standards and project specifications.
Provide strategic input on project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
Support business growth and contribute technical expertise to upcoming projects in Singapore and the region.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing building services works on large-scale hospital or life sciences projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, healthcare facility requirements and building services coordination.
Experience working on Hong Kong healthcare projects is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors effectively.
Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
Experience within main contractors or large construction organisations will be advantageous.
Open to candidates based in Singapore with relevant healthcare project expertise.
Able to work in a fast-growing and collaborative international project environment.
