A well-established regional general contractor is seeking a highly motivated Superintendent to support the construction of a multimillion-dollar higher education project in Tampa, Florida.

Key responsibilities of the Superintendent include:
- Support the Lead Superintendent in managing all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover.
- Coordinate and direct Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Maintain project safety, quality, and schedule performance across all assigned scopes.
- Assist with site utilization planning, scheduling, phasing, and constructability reviews.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and scheduling team to develop, maintain, and actively manage the Primavera P6 master schedule.
Key requirements of the Superintendent include:
- Strong commercial or healthcare construction experience, including experience as a Superintendent or Area Superintendent.
- Experience on ground-up projects valued at $40M+.
- Proven success delivering large-scale education, public-sector, multifamily or institutional projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor management.
