Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor during customer engagements and bid processes.
- Support sales teams with solution development and technical presentations.
- Lead responses for RFIs, RFPs and technical proposals.
- Assess customer requirements and develop fit-for-purpose infrastructure solutions.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams on design feasibility and delivery considerations.
- Conduct technical workshops and solution briefings with clients.
- Support seamless handover from sales to delivery teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or a related Engineering discipline.
- 8+ years of experience within data centres, critical infrastructure or mission-critical facilities.
- Prior experience in technical presales, solutions engineering or infrastructure design.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and data centre infrastructure.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise, colocation or hyperscale projects is preferred.
