Job Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Sales Strategy
- Drive customer acquisition and project development within channel and C&I segments across overseas markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that support market penetration and long‑term business growth.
Channel Partner Management
- Lead and motivate distribution and channel partners to align with corporate goals, ensuring achievement of order, revenue, payment, and profit targets.
- Build strong partner ecosystems that support scalable business expansion.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal teams-including technical, product, and manufacturing-to ensure smooth delivery, accurate forecasting, and fulfillment of sales commitments.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between departments to support project execution.
Market Insight & Business Planning
- Conduct regular market and customer research to gather intelligence on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to enhance sales strategies and improve market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; Business, Engineering, or related technical disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar/renewables, with exposure to multi‑quarter, complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency in English and the local language of the target market.
- Proven ability in prospecting, developing new business, and managing key accounts within a fast‑paced, evolving industry.
- Existing relationships or networks with major distributors and C&I customers in the global photovoltaic sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of driving revenue and margin growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated strength in relationship building, account management, and stakeholder engagement.
