Role Overview｜業務概要

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge energy storage and renewable energy solutions for industrial clients.
産業用顧客向けに、最先端の蓄電池および再生可能エネルギーソリューションの導入をリードするプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。

Key Responsibilities｜主な業務内容

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical pre-sales support and manage post-contract project execution.
  営業チームと連携し、技術営業支援から契約後のプロジェクト遂行までを担当。

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful technical outcomes.
  納期・成果物・顧客期待値の管理を通じて、技術的成果の達成を推進。

• Manage external partners including EPCs and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on schedules and deliverables.
  EPC企業や協力会社との連携・スケジュール管理を含む外注先のマネジメント。

• Lead troubleshooting and propose improvements to technical services based on client feedback and field issues.
  顧客からの相談やトラブル対応を通じて、技術サービスの改善提案と実行。

• Share market and client insights with internal teams to enhance product and service development.
  顧客・市場から得た情報を社内関連部署へフィードバック。

Required Qualifications｜必須スキル・経験

• Experience in technical sales, project engineering, or project management in industrial energy systems, utilities, or EPC firms.
  産業用エネルギー設備・電力会社・EPC企業等での技術営業／プロジェクトマネジメント／エンジニア経験。

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and concepts.
  電気に関する基礎知識。

Preferred Qualifications｜歓迎スキル・経験

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  PMP資格保有者歓迎。

• Experience negotiating with EPCs or subcontractors.
  EPC企業・サブコンとの折衝経験。

• Hands-on experience with industrial battery systems or solar PV installations.
  産業用蓄電池・太陽光発電システムの設計・施工管理経験。

• Electrical certifications (e.g., 電気工事士, 電気主任技術者).
  電気関連資格保有者歓迎。

• Business-level English proficiency.
  英語：ビジネスレベル。

• Valid Japanese driver's license.
  日本国内の普通運転免許。
