Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for managing complex bids in the Data Centre sector? We are seeking a dynamic Bid Manager to join our team in Germany. This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate high-value bidding processes while working closely with departments such as Finance, Operations, and Construction Projects.

Your Role

  • Manage and coordinate the entire bidding process for B2B projects.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless bid preparation and submission.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies, including calculating cost structures like MRCs (Monthly Recurring Costs) and NRCs (Non-Recurring Costs).
  • Oversee tendering and bidding processes in alignment with industry best practices.

Your Skills

  • Bid Management Expertise: Proven experience handling bids in the B2B sector.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to work effectively with departments such as Finance, Operations, and Construction Projects.
  • Cost Structuring: Proficiency in calculating MRCs and NRCs to deliver competitive pricing strategies.
  • Tendering Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tendering processes within the Data Centre industry.
  • Project Management Certification: PRINCE2 or PMI certifications are highly desirable.
