Building Automation Programmer (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Programmer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with deep expertise in Delta Controls programming and a strong background in building automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement building automation system (BAS) solutions using Delta Controls from the ground up
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation
- Perform system integration, testing, and optimization
- Support commissioning activities and provide remote technical support
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building automation programming
- Proven expertise in Delta Controls programming (from scratch)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting BAS environments
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional BAS platforms (e.g., Tridium Niagara, BACnet integrations)
- Familiarity with energy optimization and analytics tools
- Commissioning experience is a plus
