Central Texas Stormwater Lead
A well-established civil engineering firm is hiring a Stormwater Group Leader to manage and deliver municipal drainage and stormwater projects in Central Texas. The role includes leading project teams, overseeing design and construction efforts, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage stormwater/drainage projects from planning to construction.
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Contribute to marketing and business development.
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in municipal stormwater projects.
- Proficient in HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and Civil 3D or MicroStation.
- Experience with FEMA modeling, water quality, and GIS preferred.
