Civil Engineer
We are working with a client who is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a background in roadway design, drainage systems, or general civil engineering. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to support the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of roadway, drainage, and site development projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct field investigations and site inspections.
- Support project documentation, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, CAD technicians, and project managers.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and/or HEC-RAS for design and modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design or construction.
- EIT certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
