A Day in the Life
As a key member of the civil engineering team, you will play an essential role in driving project success and supporting continued market expansion. Working alongside the Principal-in-Charge, you will lead project management and design efforts while directing staff workload, identifying staffing needs, and supporting the technical and professional development of the team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead civil engineering design and project management activities
* Direct and coordinate staff workloads to ensure successful project delivery
* Support the growth of the geographic market through business development
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Collaborate with project team members to pursue new work opportunities
* Provide technical guidance and oversight of project designs
* Recommend staffing needs and support team development
* Champion high-quality service and client satisfaction across all project phases
Qualifications
* Professional Engineer licence
* Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
* At least eight years of progressive civil engineering experience
* Proven ability to lead and manage profitable projects within scope and budget
* Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and project teams
* Proficiency in Civil 3D and related civil engineering software
* Experience with estimating and specification writing
