Civil Project Manager
About the Role:
As a Land Development Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of land development projects from concept through construction.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, utility companies, and internal design teams.
- Prepare and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve engineering plans, reports, and permit applications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 6+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering project management.
- Strong knowledge of site design, grading, stormwater management, and permitting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
