Salary: Base $90,000 - $110,000 + Commissions

The Client Service Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
- Maintaining a robust sales pipeline, meeting sales quotas, and ensuring CRM accuracy for forecasting and prioritization.
- Collaborating with client stakeholders at all organizational levels to develop and negotiate service agreements.
- Preparing proposals, RFP responses, and quarterly reports while coordinating closely with Operations to deliver client materials.
The Client Service manager should have the following:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 3 years of B2B or consultative sales experience; energy market experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel regularly, spending approximately 70 percent of time meeting clients in the field.
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
