Role Overview:
We're looking for a Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead projects ranging from $5M to $20M in the commercial and multifamily sectors. The ideal candidate has experience with an electrical subcontractor and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with GCs, owners, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management.
- Experience with commercial or multifamily projects ($5M-$20M).
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
