Role Overview:
We're hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, team leadership, and job site excellence.
There would also be opportunities in future to grow your skillset, manage larger teams on site, and potentially progress towards more senior roles such as General Superintendent or Director of Field Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise field crews and coordinate daily job site activities.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specs, and safety protocols.
- Work closely with PMs and subcontractors to meet project goals.
- Manage inspections, quality control, and material logistics.
- Maintain accurate field documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of field experience in electrical construction.
- Proven leadership on projects $5M-$20M.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and code compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Journeyman / Electrician's License - VA
