ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for Indonesia's commercial strategy - originating, structuring, and closing partnerships across corporate buyers, brokers, and ecosystem partners. Combines strong technical carbon fluency with proven commercial execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage a high-quality commercial pipeline.
- Lead origination across corporates, traders, brokers, and platforms.
- Structure spot/forward offtakes and multi-year ERPAs.
- Align integrity claims with frameworks (ICVCM, VCMI, SBTi).
- Track Indonesia/SEA market dynamics and pricing.
- Represent the company across industry and stakeholder forums.
- Partner cross-functionally with project development, MRV, legal, and finance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 7-15+ years in carbon markets, climate finance, consulting, or environmental commodities.
- Deep technical fluency in NBS methodologies (REDD+, ARR, IFM), baselining, leakage, permanence.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's market and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to close multi-year commercial agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management; fluent Bahasa Indonesia & English.

- Built qualified pipeline with coverage across target sectors.
- Closed strategic offtakes aligned with volume/margin goals.
