A dynamic architecture and design firm is seeking a Construction Administration (CA) Coordinator to support project teams during the construction phase. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help shape how projects are delivered.
What You'll Do
- Support Project Managers and Architects during the Construction Administration phase
- Attend site visits, document progress, and assist with contractor communications
- Review submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for CA processes
- Train staff on CA standards and ensure consistency across projects
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors
- Use construction management software to track and document project performance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or architecture
- Familiarity with construction administration processes and documentation
- Proficiency in tools like Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, professional, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to travel to job sites within a 250-mile radius of Houston, TX
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
