About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a start-up business in the ANZ region. This is a unique opportunity to be the first local hire and play a key role in scaling our presence across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with wastewater utilities to help them leverage advanced machine learning tools that reduce pollution, optimise infrastructure, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and engagement for new clients
  • Ensure clients continuously realise value from our predictive analytics platform
  • Manage client alerting, reporting, and ticketing processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine machine learning parameters
  • Contribute to product innovation through real-world feedback
  • Support community-building efforts including user forums and conferences

What We're Looking For

  • Strong account management and client engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and graphs
  • Critical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
  • STEM degree or 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Passion for technology and improving the water sector

Desirable Experience

  • Background in the water industry or utilities
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
  • Technical team collaboration and project management
  • Driving licence (due to travel requirements)
