Design Architect Manager
About the Role
- Lead architectural planning, design review, and project delivery activities across multiple projects.
- Ensure design quality, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to project objectives.
- Review design changes, construction documentation, testing, and inspection outcomes.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement design standards, construction methodologies, and quality control processes.
- Support tendering activities, technical evaluations, and contractor selection.
- Oversee site planning and master planning to ensure functionality, operational efficiency, sustainability, and project deliverability.
- Drive effective stakeholder collaboration and resolve technical challenges to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Degree or Master's in Architecture or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of architectural design and project delivery experience within industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of space planning, building regulations, and construction practices.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
