Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee employee engagement programs and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR programs in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
