Dallas - I'm working with one of the top electrical subcontractors in the DFW market, and we're looking for a proper Electrical Project Manager to come in and make an impact straight away.
This is a business that's consistently winning work across ground‑up commercial projects think education, retail, mixed‑use, healthcare - and they need someone who can take ownership of projects from precon through to closeout.
The Role
You'll be responsible for running multiple electrical projects end-to-end, working closely with supers, GCs, and clients to keep everything on track.
- Full project lifecycle ownership - from buyout through to closeout
- Managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
- Leading coordination between office + field teams
- Attending GC meetings and acting as the face of the company
- Driving projects to hit schedule, margin, and safety targets
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager with a subcontractor
- Strong background delivering commercial construction projects
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs at once (typically $1M-$15M range)
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and code
- Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, etc. is a bonus
- Someone who can communicate well and own a job without hand‑holding
