Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to lead high-profile commercial and industrial projects across Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex electrical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits and resolve field issues proactively.
- Mentor junior project managers and engineers.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical project management.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, or Primavera.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with design-build or design-assist projects is a plus.
