Location: Preferred locations include Seattle, Denver, Portland, Maryland, and Northern California. (Remote work considered.)

Overview:
A well-established environmental services firm is seeking a skilled Estimator to support the design and cost estimation of water treatment projects. This position involves leading the estimating process from initial review of plans and specifications through bid preparation and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate cost estimates, including labor, equipment and materials
- Prepare subcontractor bid packages and maintain vendor communication
- Review engineering drawings, perform take-offs, and analyze project requirements
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure project success
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment projects
- Knowledge of estimating practices, construction methods, and design-build processes
- Familiarity with estimating and scheduling software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Compensation:
$100,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience
