About the Opportunity
We're hiring a visionary Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) operations. This is a newly created, high-level role reporting directly to the CEO, offering a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a growing utility organization.

What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of T&D operations, including engineering, construction, and business strategy.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute long-term growth initiatives.
- Drive performance, safety, and innovation across the organization.
- Represent the company in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and client engagements.
- Mentor and develop internal talent, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 15+ years in the utility or energy sector, with a strong foundation in T&D.
- Leadership: Proven success in executive or senior leadership roles.
- Education:
- Engineering degree preferred, ideally with career progression from technical roles to executive leadership.
- Business degree or MBA with a focus on T&D or infrastructure is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of t&d engineering, construction, business development, client relationships, and utility operations, especially on the West Coast.
- Versatility: A "jack of all trades" with the ability to lead across technical, operational, and strategic domains
