Field Service Representative
We are seeking a hands-on Field Service Representative (FSR) to perform Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and field troubleshooting on wastewater treatment systems. The role requires strong electrical/mechanical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in varying field conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair 4-20 mA instrumentation, motor controls, actuators, and electrical panels.
- Work safely in live high- and low‑voltage environments.
- Collaborate with PLC programmers to resolve system faults; familiarity with VFDs, pressure/level sensors, and float switches.
- Perform I/O checks, loop testing, system startup, and sensor verification.
SAT & Commissioning
- Conduct on-site system commissioning, including mechanical/electrical functional testing.
- Complete SAT documentation, punch lists, and follow-up on issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and operators.
- Document safety concerns, collect field data/photos, and support project closeout.
- Provide operator training and assist the Lifecycle team with post‑commissioning troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate travel logs, site journals, expenses, and timesheets.
- Provide feedback to improve engineering, manufacturing, and FAT processes.
